SHOP my Bathroom VIBES
So we bought this Sims Bruce Richards which was my dream house about 6 years ago and it had been a labor of love ever since. It was completely untouched for 30 years but the same owners. We fought tooth and nail for it and could not even afford to repaint it in the beginning. The first night we moved in it rained and there was at least 4 leaks all over the house. We thought what did we do!!!!!
The original plan was to leave it as is and preserve the history of the home because of the pedigree of the designer but we couldn’t live in the darkness that the house had because it was mainly wood.
This was the last room the we recently remodeled that finished the house and we love it. It was always indoor/outdoor and the shower was always glass so all we really needed to do was update the finishes.
I decided to go with a very striking pink marble stone that wasn’t easy to find and had to buy multiple slabs that were shipped from a LA slab yard that specialized in unique stone. We then match our cabinetry to our kitchen island stain to tie into the rest of the design of the house.
When I found these pink sinks I knew I had to have them and they were in investment but are kinda my favorite part of the bathroom. The ones I linked are similar but not exact . Ours were from a European company that specializes in concrete. The ones above look to have more air holes but for the price I think they will bring a great pop of color to any room.
As far as lighting goes we truly love Cedar and Moss and have most of their fixtures in the majority of the house. I linked some similar ones above that are at a more affordable price point.
Black Hardware was a must for the masculine tie into the room and the I love the ones we picked. The last thing is our Terrazo flooring which is from Concrete Collaborative, they were a major headache because of how heavy the were but we love the custom accept of the brand and it really completed the room.
